RETURNS

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Opened or used incense cannot be returned.

To start a return, email hello@orika.nyc with your order number, a photo of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
